Ms. Eva Lutz, an industrial designer and innovator, is a highly skilled design thinker skilled at extracting and actualizing consumer language into real tangible consumer experiences. She has led design development efforts at Hasbro, and has extensive consulting experience in various industries (CPG, food, juvenile products, health care, paper, and automotive).
Andrew brings New Product Development expertise, through a combination of strong technical and project management skills. He brings hands on experience to drive projects through complex uncertainty successfully into commercialization.
With a diverse set of experiences in Research and Development from private / publicly traded, financial / market orientated, branded / private label, direct to consumer / business to business, and cosmetic / regulated industries to consumer electronics, Andrew has acquired an enhanced ability to see new possibilities and unique solutions.
Jim has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. As a Research Fellow at P and G, he has conducted research in over 20 different countries and in more than 100 different product and service categories. He has taught extensive workshops in his consumer research and innovation discipline to over 10,000 people worldwide.
